Dan Carter is a former Co-Managing Shareholder of a large local CPA firm.  He developed and led the firm’s Construction and Real Estate practice, as well as its technology subsidiary and Business Advisory Services division. After 29 very successful years, during which the firm grew its revenue by 10 times, he retired from the firm to contribute his intuition and energy toward the pursuit of other ventures.

In 2012, Dan established Dan Carter Advisors CPA PLC, a West Michigan based CPA firm specializing in tax, closely-held businesses, charitable organizations, real-estate, construction, small business and technology companies.  Dan has assisted several companies with their start-up, funding, capital raise, development, bookkeeping and operations. Since inception, the team has grown to include many experienced CPAs and accounting and tax professionals.
